What is the Kelly Martin Method?

This program is a hybrid of 2 brilliant systems: “Pandiculation” exercises that I learned from the Somatic Movement Center®  help you re-train your muscle memory. Then, principles from the Postural Restoration Institute® teach you how to get all the pieces working together in your everyday life.

Before I started the super slow pandiculation exercises, I would limp often due to damaged cartilage in my left hip.  I was waking up almost every night with hamstring spasms and my knee mechanically locked from a medial meniscus tear in my left knee. Now, I can work out intensely and am pain-free 95% of the time, without surgery, because my muscles have learned how to be SMART.

How it works:

  • Choose Lifetime, unlimited access to the Entire Catalog ($300.00) of 28 head to toe exercises for self-diagnosis and self healing. OR just start with a Mini Course ($120.00) to target a problem region. Either way, you’ll gain the knowledge and tools to assess and treat yourself. It’s like having an owner’s manual for your nervous and musculoskeletal systems.
  • Each exercise has 5 parts: A brief video describing the target muscles’ functional anatomy, a video demonstration of the exercise, an audio narration to follow, a downloadable handout and most importantly: a video that explains how to apply the information from the exercise to daily living.
  • The Mini courses are curated groupings of 8 exercises dedicated to these specific regions: Neck/Shoulder, Lower back/Sacroiliac Joint and Hip/Knee.
  • The Full course contains 4 exercises not included in any of the Mini courses. These cover the Most Advanced Glute Release, the Advanced Back Release, the Foot and Toe Releases and the Advanced Abdominal activity.
