What is Onero

Onero™ is a high intensity resistance and impact exercise program that is proven to strengthen bone and muscle. The program is especially designed for people with low bone mass. At its core are four exercises: three weight bearing and one impact, and complemented with balance and stability exercises. Consistent training of the core exercises elicits a body response to build denser bone in order to withstand the increasing forces placed upon the body.

It is an evidence–based exercise program developed from the LIFTMOR study done in 2017. Since then, Onero™ has been implemented at The Bone Clinic in Australia and now around the world.

What is the Kelly Martin Method?

This on-line program is a hybrid of 2 brilliant systems: “Pandiculation” exercises that I learned from the Somatic Movement Center®  help you re-train your muscle memory. Then, principles from the Postural Restoration Institute® teach you how to get all the pieces working together in your everyday life.

Before I started the super slow pandiculation exercises, I would limp often due to damaged cartilage in my left hip.  I was waking up almost every night with hamstring spasms and my knee mechanically locked from a medial meniscus tear in my left knee. Now, I can work out intensely and am pain-free 95% of the time, without surgery, because my muscles have learned how to be SMART.
